Terms and Conditions

Safe to Grow designs and runs corporate wellbeing sessions, team culture workshops, custom training programs and corporate concierge services for companies in the UAE. Sessions are delivered by carefully selected independent facilitators.

Every quote is tailored and remains valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed once you approve the proposal in writing and, where applicable, pay the deposit. Session dates are agreed together and may be spread across the year according to the chosen pack.

• Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 14 days before the agreed date.
• Rescheduling or cancellation less than 14 days before may be charged at up to 50% of the session price; less than 48 hours before, the session is due in full.
• If we must cancel for reasons within our control, we reschedule at no cost or refund the session.

Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams (AED), exclusive of VAT unless stated. Invoices are payable within 15 days of issue. Packs and custom programs may require a deposit before the first session. Late payments may lead to the suspension of upcoming sessions.

We take great care in selecting facilitators and delivering safe sessions. Participants take part in physical activities at their own discretion and should inform the facilitator of any health condition. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses or for events beyond our reasonable control.

All content on this website, and all program materials we provide, remain the property of Safe to Grow or its facilitators. They may be used internally by your team but may not be copied, resold or distributed without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai.
